Product Support & Maintenance

At ChristianSteven we take pride in developing robust and reliable software. However, when something is not quite right we know how important it is to take care of issues quickly and make sure our customers can stay completely focused on their core business.
ChristianSteven provides support on its products from support desks in USA and Europe which are operational between 3:30am and 5:00pm (EST). Personnel are highly trained in all products and have many years’ experience working in IT business support.
During the core support hours indicated, the Product Support Team is targeted with responding to new support calls within 60minutes of the call being logged. As far as possible, this also means that the Product Support Consultant has already performed some initial investigations before contacting the customer, helping to resolve any issue swiftly and effectively.
The Product Support Package
Product Support is supplied as part of the Annual Services package as either a single-year or multi-year agreement (a multi-year agreement makes it easy to budget and protect against price increases). In the unlikely event that a customer allows its Annual Service package to lapse, reinstatement fees are applied to ensure a fair and consistent approach for all customers.
